Summary:  Temperatures in New York City during the week of March 14 range from average 50°F (10°C) high to average 35°F (2°C) low.  However, the temperature fluctuates significantly, and daytime highs can be anywhere from 40 to 60°F (4 to 16°C).  Similarly, nights could get well below freezing, with lows down to 20°F (-7°C).  Accordingly, you are advised to pack warm clothes, including a sweater and a waterproof jacket, especially for the Tuesday night boat cruise and dinner.
