(Visa, Master Card, American Express only) to guarantee the
reservation, or send them email.

Cancellation/Change Policy: The cancellation policy for groups is 60 days
prior to the arrival unless otherwise noted.
Remarks: There are flags outside the building that read
"UNION" on them. No rooms especially reserved for ASYNC 2005, but
up to 25 rooms available. It is strongly recommended that you make
reservations 2-3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE (earlier is best, to ensure
a room).

Important Check-In/Out Restriction: The guest rooms DO NOT ALLOW
reservations for part of a weekend (this cannot be changed!).
If you arrive or leave anytime between Friday afternoon and Sunday, you will
be charged for your room for the entire weekend.

Monday through Friday (9am-5pm), or send email to housing@tc.columbia.edu,
to get a reservation form to FAX back. Please fill out the following
form (doc, pdf) and fax it to Amy Rothberg

or anytime during the weekend, should claim their key at the Front Desk of
517 West 121st Street.
Check-Out: 10am.

will be handled by the staff of the Office of Housing and Residence
Life (in Whittier Hall, 1230 Amsterdam Avenue, near 121st Street):
