[Magic-dev] How to get .LEF and .DEF files

Hi,
   Iam doing M.Tech in IIT Madras.For my project work I need
0.18 and 0.13 technology files.I wish to know where I can get
them from?
   Also,can anybody please say me how to get .LEF and .DEF files
when I have .LIB and .DB format files of my technology
files.Actually I need to use Cadence Place and route tool
Silicon Ensemble in my project work.For this tool I need .LEF
and .DEF files.
