Unfortunately, this was not a part of the original "netgen", and
as simple as it is to add (at least for certain formats like SPICE
that declare component properties), I have not done so.

The "gemini" netlist comparing program (by Carl Ebeling, U. Washington)
handles properties.  It can be obtained upon request to Carl Ebeling
(ebeling at cs.washington.edu).
