Dear Clint,

ext2spice prints this any time it finds a device for which it cannot
determine the substrate node. The tech file entry for a device can
either specify a default node name to use if there is no substrate
node specified, or it can omit this, in which case ext2spice will
generate "errGnd!". You are more likely to get "errGnd!" nodes if
you don't explicitly draw n- and p- wells (this is also the reason
for having drawn p-wells in an n-well process technology).
Regards,
Tim
