1) Compile/Install magic-7.3 from opencircuitdesign.com.  Follow the
    instructions, and don't set CAD_HOME, which is obsolete.  Magic-7.3
    is developed on a Fedora 3 distribution.

    (or)

2) If you must compile/install with "make config", CAD_HOME, etc.,
    then the proper invocation in bash would be:

       export CAD_HOME=~/cad-try/
