Try the following:
1. doc/ext2spice.1 (man page, in the distribution)
2. Magic tutorial #8 (http://opencircuitdesign.com/magic "Documentation")
3. Magic maintainer's manual #2, on the "extract" section (same
location as above)
4. http://opencircuitdesign.com/magic/ go to "Documentation" then
"Magic Command Reference" then click on "extract" and
"ext2spice" for the online HTML documentation.
The source code is always the ultimate documentation, but note that most
of the real work done by "ext2spice" is actually in the "extflat" directory.
