Because these commands correspond to magic-7.1 or earlier, or the
non-Tcl version of magic 7.3, but not the Tcl-based magic version 7.3.
Magic version 7.3 has a different interface to IRSIM, although similar.
If you have IRSIM compiled and installed, then the command "irsim" in
magic will start the IRSIM simulator. Both magic and IRSIM then run
under the same interpreter, and commands for both can be entered on
the magic command line.
