No, they don't.  Non-Manhattan rotations don't fit in very well with
Magic's tiled plane structures.  It would take some considerable hacking
to add routines to perform copies with non-Manhattan transformations.
A quick-and-dirty implementation could allow such cells to be displayed
but would forbid edit-in-place, connectivity searches, flattening, or
any other function that requires transforming coordinates between a
subcell and its parent.
