[Magic-dev] TSMC 130nm CL013G Process technology file for magic

Hi,

I am David, one of the PhD students working with Prof. Bill Dally in the 
CVA group of the EE department at Stanford University.  We're currently 
seeking the magic technology file for the TSMC 130nm process to use in 
our preliminary analysis of the low energy processor work that we are 
doing.  Would anyone be able to give us some lead as to where we might 
be able to obtain this tech file?
