For what purpose?  I've put "extra" devices into the .sim format as
handled by netgen so I could do LVS on layouts.  Simulation is another
matter.  I don't know enough about how the switch and linear
simulation models work.  It would be reasonably easy to stick some
diode models into the simulator;  what I can't say is whether or not
evaluating them would immediately lock up the simulator.
