[Magic-dev] tkcon.tcl

Hi,
 
I'm trying to install Magic software using Cygwin. I've downloaded and installed Cygwin, and then:

Bring up a Cygwin terminal on the Windows desktop. 
Type cd / 
This is where the file magic7_5_39.tgz should be. 
Type tar xfz magic7_5_39.tgz 
Run by typing magic. This should be all you need to do! In case the executable is not found, it may be necessary to use the full path to the executable, which is /usr/local/bin/magic.

But I can't run magic because there is a problem:
 
/usr/local/lib/magic /tcl/tkcon.tcl: line 3 /usr/local/bin/wish: No such file or directory
/usr/local/lib/magic /tcl/tkcon.tcl: line 3 exec: /usr/local/bin/wish: cannot execute: No such file or directory
 
 
 
What happens? What's my problem?
