[Magic-dev] Error running Magic on Win XP and Cygwin

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of CygWin and Magic 
onto a Windows 2000 box, and get the following:

error in slave eval:
couldn't load library "/usr/local/lib/magic/tcl/tclmagic.dll": this 
library or a dependent library could not be found in library path
Main console display active (Tcl8.4.1 / Tk8.4.1)

I was wondering if you have any suggestions... I tried adding the 
directory to LD_LIBRARY_PATH as well as ensuring the libraries were chmod 
777...
