    Hello all,
   I have been communicating with Dr. Holger Vogt in Germany, who has
some experience using a UNIX system call emulator called "CygWin".  He
has compiled magic-7.1 under Windows, and I just got around to trying
it today.  It works flawlessly (to the extent to which I tested it).
The only caveat is that it does make X11 graphics calls, so it is
necessary to have an X server such as SCO X Vision running in the
background.
