Hi all,
        Does the file locking utility of MAGIC work as
desired in the current version of MAGIC ? I have the
latest version of MAGIC compiled on RedHat Linux 7.1
and when I open a layout with MAGIC I get the error
statement saying, " Directory "/flock" not available
:no file locking !". 
Any suggestions anybody ?
