There's an #ifdef LLNL throughout the code which seems to predicate
both the "improved area router" (missing from the distribution, OK)
and the :plot pixels command (which is not missing and somewhat
useful).  It's easy enough to go through the code to unpredicate
plot pixels and I've done this a couple of times now, but may I
make a polite request that this change be made in the source?
