Hi Jeff, Tim et al,
                   I have query regarding MAGIC DRC.
By design MAGIC's DRC has been such that it checks for
DRC violations within cells and also with interacting
cells. In some cases we would want to purposely
violate design rules within some cells and those rules
are taken care of by layers that interact with this
cell from other hierarchies. MAGIC would flag the
error that has occured in the cell. Hence, is there a
way to turn off DRC checks in certain cells of
interest ?
