Dear Siamak,
   I have made some corrections and additions to the magic source to support
at least basic extraction of non-Manhattan geometry.  I noticed that doing
"getnode" on non-Manhattan wires would cause a segmentation violation and
immediate crash.  Now I can get correct node names and correct extraction
of non-Manhattan wires.  I have not visited all of the extract code, so
complicated cases like non-Manhattan transistors is not supported.  But
I can manipulate your file without problems.  The new code is in the CVS
source at Cornell (I just uploaded it).
