      drc, lvs, and backannotation for under a buck.  beats the pants
      out of a useless cadence seat, unless you are designing the next
      pentium.  :)
    
      magic -> layout -> space -> netlist -> gemini
    
      and the fact that magic looks-and-feels like vi is a plus.  someone
      who does not have the patience to learn magic doesnt sound like 
      someone i want designing my chips.  as for windows-magic, heres my
      2 cents:
