Thanks. Which linux system do you use? And which version of magic did you compile?
I have a copy of magic7.1.1 that I downloaded some time ago. When I compile, it says
that no rules for some .o files and then gmake kicks me out. I tried to compile magic6.5.2,
      and met the same problems.

It works fine on my computer. It gives me bunch of warnings but that's ok. The executable works fine. The only problem I have is that it does not extract the capacitances properly for scn5m_deep.12 tech files.

          Hi All,

I tried to compile magic 7.1.1 in both Suse 7.2 and Redhat 7.2.
I got tons of errors and warnings. Does anybody in this group
have magic 7.1 binaries that can share with me? I downloaded
magic 6.4.4 binaries for Linux over the internet, but it supports
only 256 colors and will not enter graphic mode on my machine.

          Thanks in advance.

          Jonathan
