I suspect there's a small bug in the mSCN6M_DEEP.09.light.tech27 file;
pdiff and nwc show connectivity when they abut.  This is with the 2002
versions of the tech files.  This connectivity problem does not occur
in SCNA.80 for example.  I'm running magic-7.1, a recent snapshot from
CVS.

Maybe I'm not supposed to be using this (it's just for some
experimentation). Can you remind me again where I can find notes on
the tech files, for example, which to use and which not to use?
Another question I had looking through them was why there was no TSMC
.09 file with the tech27 suffix.
