Dear Philippe, If I understand the corner extension on the edge4way rule in your tech file, "green" and "brown" are disallowed within 2 units of "brown". This is checked over a corner extension distance of 4. At first, I thought that the root problem was that it is meaningless to supply a corner extension distance that is larger than the original distance of the error checking. But I changed your rule to a corner extension distance of 2, and if I extend the "green" area down to where the green area becomes a 6x6 square, then I get the exact same effect again---error in the middle, not on the top and bottom layouts. I would call this a definite error on magic's part. Not only is it an error, it's an error in ALL 3 cases, because the middle layout only shows the error to 1 unit, whereas the error area should be a 2x2 box, reaching all the way to the maximum corner extension distance. This should not be dependent on the configuration of space tiles. ---Tim
