I use RedHat8 and not Debian, but I can tell you that there is a
/usr/lib/blt2.4/treeview.xbm in a default RedHat8 installation. Its a small
file with 4 #defines for test_width, test_height, test_x_hot & test_y_hot
and a static char array of test_bits. I would imagine it probably has
nothing to do with Magic, but rather the blt installation. You might try the
trick of getting blt again (google search finds it no problem). I believe
the latest is blt2.4z and re-installing that and see if your problem gets
better.
