Yeah, I guess you would want to do that.  You may be able to 
make the correction in another parameter (dL??).  I'd have to
check the differences in how Leff and Weff are calculated between
the various simulators.

Ideally, You'd like a switch in the extractor to do this or some
script to do this for you.
