And just to add a little spice the the *mystery broth* I seem to be boiling
today, if I do a 'make clean' followed by 'make config' with the same
settings, then make tcl and make install-tcl it now works. I can now invoke
'magic -w', see my File and Options menu items, admire the new scroll bars
on the main window, turn the Toolbar on and off and all the normal stuff.

Oh, well, I must be tired.
