This only happens after the "extresis" command. It will occur on the 
newest magic-7.3.0 & 7.2.49.

Yet another problem of magic-7.3.0 can be shown as follows,
1. Draw a horizontal metal3.
2. Draw a vertical metal2 across the metal3.
3. Select metal3 and stretch (Shift_XK_KP_2) it up and down, and you can 
see the bug.
