To whom it may concern-
 
I have installed Gygwin/XFree86 in a winXP machine. 
I have downloaded and unziped the magic.zip file onto my C:/ drive and made the apropriate changes to my magic.bat file to point to my root directory.
 
When I do 
 
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/X11R6/bin
startx
 
I get a message that states that it does not find my Initrc and Xserverrc files.
Despite the message, I still get the Xterminal running fine.
 
When I execute the magic.bat file, I get the "man" terminal in the XFree86 window. At this point, should I expect to automaticly get the magic software to work? If not, what should I do to pull up the actual magic program?
