I am using Magic 7.2.
my use of Nwell give me same kind of error every time in Pfet area 
"poly and diffusion must be separated by at least 1(MOSIS rule #3.5)"
 (i have checked this rule on mosis site)
whereas in design they are only perpendicular.


 Even if I starting by making Pfet,
after making Nwell as soon as I draw one of poly or pdiffusion (not both) it 
gives same error.

I was wondering How can i get rid of this error.
