Hi,

I encountered a problem with the GDS output in Magic when I was changing the 
scalefactor
in the cifinput and cifoutput sections of technology file. Magic is reading 
a GDS file which contains ndiffusion and polysilicon layers. While the file 
stays the same,  the scalefactor has changed from "scalefactor 1" to 
"scalefactor 1 nanometers". I measure the size of each layer in the
GDS output file in the later case using Magic, it is four times the size of 
the original layout.
Magic also complained that the layout doesn't fall on an integer grid while 
doing "calma write
file.gds" command.

Any ideas what is wrong? Is it technology file related?

Note: If I use "scalefactor 1", there is no problem with Magic.
