Rajit Manohar

Bio

I began my undergraduate education at the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay. After two years there, I transferred to Caltech. After completing my undergraduate degree (1994), I spent a semester as a graduate student in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. I returned to Caltech to complete my Ph.D in Computer Science (1998). I am currently a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell, and a member of the fields of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. I am affiliated with the Computer Systems Lab (co-founder), the Center for Applied Mathematics, and the Cognitive Studies program.
