Biography
Song Peng is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Systems Laboratory, Cornell University. He obtained M.S. and B.S.
degrees from Fudan
University, China, both in
Electronics Engineering. He came to Cornell
University in 2002, and currently
is working toward his Ph.D. degree in Electrical
and Computer Engineering.
He joined Asynchronous
VLSI and Architecture Group of Computer Systems Laboratory in 2003, working
with Prof. Rajit
Manohar. Generally speaking, his research
interests are digital VLSI design, design automation for VLSI, innovative
computer architecture and autonomous computing.
Research
1. Self-healing
asynchronous VLSI design
2. Efficiently checkpointing
asynchronous systems
3. Efficient
fault simulation for asynchronous logic
1. Automated
synthesis for asynchronous FPGA
2. Adaptive
memory consistency protocols in software distributed shared memory
3. Real-time scheduling
