    In the past, we've also used Mead&Conway (oops, I'm dating myself),
    and Mead "Analog VLSI and Neural Systems".  But that is because the
    VLSI that we've done at JHU in the last ten year has mainly been in
    analog circuits, not digital.

    "Digital Systems Engineering" ? I haven't seen this book yet.
