    Somehow I have  .pdf's of all those papers (scanned) but
    cannot remember where I got them from.
    If you want  "Corner Stitching: A Data Structuring Technique
    for VLSI Layout Tools"  by  John. K. Ousterhout   Dec. 1982
    it is 1.2Mbytes.
