Hi,

I use the mos definition for the layers and colors and patterns and discover 
that the ndiff plane rest on top of the poly plane. In the cifonly tech file 
that was posted here I have followed the logical layer structure

nwell
ndiff
pdiff
poly
...

throughout all the different sections of the tech file. Does the gds layer 
number mean anything for what plane come on top of the other in the internal 
magic structure?
