Fellow Magic Colleagues: We just developed some cells for Magic and Synopsys/SE for AMI 0.5um and TSMC 0.25/0.18. We are working on creating them for public-domain layout tools like electric, however, they seem to work really well with Magic. There is also an interface to interface them with Virtuoso. In addition, we fabbed them for 0.5um too, so they work with MOSIS. A pad frame is available for 0.5um and is fully routable within the tools. The tools are located at the following URL: http://www.ece.iit.edu/~cad/scells/. Right now, they are only available to .edu URL's and academic use, but hopefully with more support we will open up to everyone. If you need access to them and are not going to use them commerically, please let us know and we add your IP to get access. We deeply apologize for this. We will present the cells at the International conference on Microelectronic System Education (MSE03 --http://www.mseconference.org) which is held in conjunction with DAC this year in Anaheim, CA. Right now, we only have myself and a graduate student supporting it so its difficult as you probably know maintaining tools. If you need any additional information, please let us know. Take care.
