Here are four files created with iv1v0x05.mag and magic-7.2.51. The invertor
came from Graham's web site http://vlsitechnology.org . These are the ext
and spice files from his invertor using both the 0.25um and 0.18um
technology files. For 0.25um, I used 'magic -w -TSCN5M_DEEP.12'. For the
    0.18um, I used 'magic -w -TSCN6M_DEEP.09'. In both cases, I copied the
invertor cell to the respective file names temp25.mag and temp18.mag. The
cell files are the same. The only reason for this was to make the extracted
and spice files have different names. The method used to do create the ext
    and spice files was:

    ;extract all
    ;exttosim rthresh infinite
    ;exttosim cthresh infinite
    ;exttospice

It is interesting that Magic did describe the length of the transistors
correctly as 0.25um and 0.18um and that is very good.

Graham, you might find these ext and spice files interesting to see if you
agree with the extracted capacitance and transistor parameters.

For a little extra fun, type 'cif help'. Here is a menu in magic for the cif
menu options. From here, you can view coverage by CIF layer name, view CIF
layers, read or write a CIF file. I believe Graham has expressed some
interest in that type of thing.

Again, I think Graham's work is very interesting and helpful to the magic
    community.

    With high regards, Charles
