Hallo Charles, The metal should be 4 lambda wide and 4 lambda spacing. I looked at the cell in Magic and it was twice the width of the poly, which is 2 lambda wide. I also looked at the original CIF in Alliance Dreal and the metal was 4um wide. I think that if there was some scaling error reading the CIF into magic, there would be many other DRC errors apart from the metal!
