    Hallo Tim,
I have seen from previous Magic posts of yours that you are
using a technology file for a 0.13um technology and lambda
value of 0.065um. For CIF output, this is supported by the
nanometers option on the scalefactor keyword.
My question is: how do you write out Spice decks with
transistor lengths of 0.13um? The value of lambda in the
extract section would need to be 6.5, but it has to be an
integer. If 6.5 is used, extract truncates it to 6 and produces
a Spice deck with 0.12um transistor lengths.

    Best Regards, Graham Petley
