    Hallo,
I have updated the vsclib and vxlib standard cell libraries
which I originally made available on my web site on September
    26. The major changes are:
    - All the Magic cells remade in order to remove generic
    contacts which were causing problems.
    - Two dedicated technology files, vsc200.tech27 and
vsc013.tech27. vsc200.tech27 is used to read in CIF files and
avoid the use of generic contacts. vsc013.tech27 can write out
0.13um CIF and Spice files, which are provided on the web site.
These technology files also check the vsclib rules, although
not in a thorough way yet.
    - For Alliance users, the Alliance technology files have been
updated with more accurate extraction coefficients and the
0.13um Spice decks remade. At this moment, the vxlib is only
available in Alliance format (soon to be changed I hope!).
    - For convenience, the library has been bundled into one tar
    file for easy downloading.

I hope you enjoy this update. So far as I know, the
vsc013.tech27 technology file is the only 0.13um Magic
technology file freely available. Let me know if you have
    enquiries or problems.
    Best Regards, Graham Petley
