A beginners question: I'm browsing through the technology file
SCN4M_SUBM.20.TSMC.tech27, downloaded from

somewhere in the section on design rules, there is:
...
width pdc/m1 4 \
"diffusion contact width < 4 (Mosis #6.1)"
...
I don't understand it: the mosis rule 6.1 says exact contact size is 2x2
lambda.
Any help is welcome.
