Hello,
I have found an excellent VLSI design package Alliance that is a complete 
set of free CAD tools and portable libraries for VLSI design. It contains 
the standard cell libraries. With its excellent GUI and complete set of free 
cad tools alongwith standard cell libraries for mask layout, how to compare 
it  with magic?
Does magic provide free standard cell libraries?
