I am preparing to submit a magic layout. I would like to verify that I am
using the correct approach with respect to technology files, cif, and
proper scaling. The layout was done with Magic version 6.5.1 using
tecnology "scmos" version 8.2.8. and a minimum feature size of 2
microns. I created the cif file (lambda=1.0(gen)) and made corrections to
the wells then created a corrected cif file. The plan is to use the AMIS
C5F/N 0.5 process. I would like to think that my cif file is now ready to
submit however, I am somewhat confused about the cif layer specification
being in absolute metric units. Any advise on the best way to figure this
    out would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Peter
