Any advise on the best way to figure this > out would be greatly appreciated. > Mosis would have a webpage with a table showing what to use for lambda to submit layout in SCMOS* design rules to that process. that would be the 'xx' to use in the lambda=xx output style. it might be .30 (um per lambda) indicating that your drawn min poly width (of 2 lambda) would be 0.6 um. however, you should check your layout by cif'ing it in with one of the newer techfiles, which tend to be more specific per process. for example the "scmos" techfile may let you draw metal3 and poly2 but maybe that process doesn't take them. eg: ftp://ftp.isi.edu/pub/sondeen/magic/new/beta/2002a/SCN3ME.35.tech27 /jeff
