Hallo Tim,
I find that labels over poly contacts are not output
properly even when using the default scmos.tech file. My
version is 8.2.28, and my Magic version is 7.2.43.
   I've pasted a mag file, nr4v0x1.mag, below. When I write a
CIF file, label "d" has no layer associated with it.

I checked scmos.tech, and layer CMF has pc/m1 in its label
line. If you can provide a solution, I would be grateful.

Best regards, Graham
